• Gas Optimization: Intelligent gas price management for optimal transaction execution
• Security Scanning: Honeypot detection and contract verification
• Portfolio Management: Automated profit-taking and stop-loss execution

Our service operates 24/7 in the cloud, eliminating the need to keep your browser or computer running.

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when configuring your trading bot
• Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Use the service only for legitimate trading purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our systems
• Not use the service for money laundering or other illegal activities

• Payment is required before service activation
• All payments are processed on the Ethereum blockchain
• Service begins immediately upon payment confirmation
• No refunds for unused time due to the nature of blockchain transactions
• Prices may be adjusted with 30 days notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETH Sniper Bot and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses or missed opportunities
• Network failures or blockchain congestion
• Smart contract bugs or exploits
• Market manipulation by third parties
• Regulatory actions affecting token values
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform at any time for:

• Violation of these terms of service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of our systems or resources
• Non-payment of fees

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by discontinuing access to our platform.
